UCASS organizes an array of academic collaborations with its international partners, including setting up research centers, doing collaborative research projects, co-sponsoring international academic seminars, rolling out international academic weeks, conducting joint degree programs.The University hosts a great number of scholar visits from prestigious universities each year on various academic and scientific occasions.UCASS runs faculty exchange and visiting programs together with partner universities abroad. Either with the granted support from Chinese government or the University itself, faculty members are encouraged to embark on their international research explorations to open up new frontiers in their areas of interests.

UCASS employs international faculty on year-long (or shorter duration) contracts which can be renewed year by year. International scholars and teachers are welcomed to contact UCASS International Cooperation and Exchange Division in any time for information on work opportunities.
