UCASS conducts an array of academic cooperation with many international partners: setting up research centers, doing collaborative research projects, co-sponsoring international academic seminars, international academic weeks, jointly holding workshops, and inviting international experts and professors, etc.

The University invites famous scholars from abroad to give lectures to students and have academic discussions with faculty memebers. Each year, many well-known scholars from excellent universities visit UCASS for diversified academic and scientific occasions.

UCASS runs exchange and visiting programs for faulty too. Either with the granted support from Chinese government or the University, faculty are encouraged to launch international mobility to acquire the latest knowledge in their certain fields.

Professor Elda Morlicchio, President of the University of Napoli L' Oriental gave a lecture titled Understanding German Modern History by Words at UCASS in 2018.

The UCASS-University of Exeter Academic Week was held in June 2018.
